ABOUT ME
I think of myself as a pretty open-minded fellow who's good with people and as a pacifist, I find somehting to like in most of them. On the other hand I'm quite sceptical, questioning everything I see and hear. I've learnt that nuance is the key..
PHILOSOPHY
Rule no. 1: Nothing is true, everything might be.
Rule no. 2: Creating the illusion of control leads to a stressfull and boring time, but remember rule no. 1.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Cause I recently found a good place to live again (been offline for a while).
To be honest, so far I've only received guests. I haven't couch surfed anywhere, come to think of it. But I just like having you guys over. Seriously, I do. So do my housemates. Once I had a guest that couldn't ever find a place to couchsurf. And when I offered him a couch and a shower, he was so grateful. I get a kick out of that - being able to help someone out.

Music, Movies, and Books
The Rolling Stones, CCR, Tom Waits, Rollins Band, The Butthole Surfers, Björk, The Baboons, The Seatsniffers, Amon Tobin, Aphex Twin, all kinds of Rhythm 'n Blues and Rock 'n roll... (the point is it goes pretty wide)
Books! Classics like Animal Farm, Brave New World, The Great Gatsby, but also a nice cynic novel from e.g. Brusselmans.
I'm not a great Hollywood fan.. European movies make for a deeper content.
