Hi!
I'm Till and I moved to Bavaria about a year ago to start my apprenticeship as carpenter. The nature around Chiemsee is actually the mainreason for moving here. The lake itself and the foothills of the Alps are soo beautiful! So that's where I spent a lot of my leisure time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my trip through New Zealand (about half a year) I met so many welcoming hosts (not at least because of all the hitchhiking) and friedly travellers and we had a lot of fun. Now I'm kind of stuck here, because I do the schooling. But I still want to meet travellers and share some stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard to decide about favorite music... there are a lot of great artists in different genres. Like Billy Talent, Kings of Leon, Hozier, The Black Keys, Dr. Dre, Jack Johnson, Justin Timberlake, Florence + the Machine,.....
I think Fight Club is one of the best movies and I really enjoy reading the Jack Reacher Novels by Lee Child.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking! I know it is not a special 'Thing' , but i really enjoyed meeting locals that way, chatting with them during the ride and maybe share great experiences, if they invited me to.

Teach, Learn, Share

So far I learned I am never done learning, so I'd like to learn a lot about different cultures or other ways of seeing things or whatever.
Around here are beatiful lakes and the beginning of the Alps. If you're into hiking or swimming, I'd be happy to show you some amazing places. And around spring and summer I can get acces to a sailing boat.
