hello to you all,

my name is Tilman Matzen. i feel at home in Kiel, a city in the very north of Germany right at the Baltic Sea. Being able to enjoy the advantages of living close to the water definetely made me a sea-loving person.

I study psychology at uni and have always been into acting and theatre. I like making basically any kind of music. If you happen to have a piano standing around and you’re interested into letting me play some tunes, you can most certainly bet I would be happy to do so!

I really love good food as much as I enjoy making it. Always looking out for new recipes and inspiration from other people you can say I am ambitious about cooking.
Furthermore i’m quite into biking and running. Good Trail-running tracks in the neighborhood are making me really happy!!

Right now, I live in Bordeaux for my Erasmus semester abroad. Being away from home and getting in touch with different cultures has made me realize again how exciting it is to meet people from other countries. Thats one of the main reasons why I want to couchsurf!
