I studied Communications and Marketing at the University of Connecticut and I was at one point a banker. I chose to give up the corporate life and pursue my passion. From that point on I have worked in a butchery called, "Craft Butchery" and I have nothing but love for what I do. I study the art of European butchering as well as multiple disciplines of martial arts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a whole animal butcher looking for a place to crash for a few days a week in Brooklyn. I am traveling to down there to become a better butcher and hone my skills. I work with pastured, grass-fed, and organic meats because I believe in clean, ethical food.
