Hi there! My name is Tim, I'm 25, and I just returned to Perth after a few years of working overseas in Trinidad and Tobago, the UK and India. I'm an engineer and have just started a new assignment where i rotate 3 weeks on shift / 3 weeks off shift. I enjoy meeting new people and discovering new things to see and do in the city i live in. I have plenty of time on my hands, so i'm up for pretty much anything that sounds like it will be a good time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Essentially, I have just moved into an apartment which has a spare, unoccupied bedroom. It's fully furnished, close to the city and the beach, and just feels like it would go to waste if it's not used. I'm not really looking for a long term house mate, but couch surfing seems like a good opportunity to meet some outgoing, fun and new people from different cultures, who can help me re-discover my home town, Perth, after 3 years abroad :)
