My name is Tim, I am an enthusiastic traveller and explorer that only recently (in my own travels) discovered the freedom of trusting other travellers and hosts. I live in a house with Australian bush views of Garigal national park, central to suburban amenities, close to public transport and lucky to be only 15 minutes from the centre of Sydney or about 13km from the Sydney Harbour Bridge - just perfect for you to plan your travel adventures. When I was in Scotland I was inspired by a family that helped me - when i arrived late at night unsure and unaware of the city. My hope is to pay forward their kindness and offer safety and and security to travellers new to a city.

Three i want to share. Got a 40 year old motor started after it stopped in a paddock four years prior ! (Took me 9 months to get it going with few spare parts and alot of invention!)
Trekked up the highest point of Capel curig in the freezing cold - when even mountain goats would not venture out!
Looked out at the vast pristiness of the antarctic...amazing!
