Hello,
my name is Tim Meiswinkel. I was born in 1990. I grew up in Leverkusen, Germany and I'm still living in this town.
I went to a Gymnasium and completed Abitur. After that I did Zivildienst in a hospital as a nurse for 9 month. Following this I learned Surgeon Assistant for 3 years in Bonn and Cologne. After I've finished with a degree I worked fulltime in hospital in Bergisch Gladbach as a Sterilisation Assistant.
I quit my job to be able to tour with my band 'Destinova', in which I am the singer and rhythm guitarist.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to be able to find sleeping places for mostly one day in distant cities or countries. For the most part it is because we are touring with our band and have gigs in far away cities. So couchsurfing helps a lot find a place.

- Mostly into rock music, but I'm open to anything
- in books I mostly like Manga, but I also read fantasy or crime novels
- I like those movies that are screwing with your mind like 'Donne Darko' or 'Vanilla Sky', but I also like the 'you don't have to think'-movies like 'Kill Bill'. I am also a fan of Star Wars.

Founding a band is definitely the most important. It also means growing in a band and living as a musician. First as hobby, then it gets very serious.
