I'm a 29 year old dude who ditched the desk job to travel for a while, and have now returned to civilized life, living in Tempe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to meet people from different backgrounds and walks of life, expand my horizons, and give back some of my own experiences and talents.
I like food, guitar, books, math, motorcycles, stupid facts, bar trivia, and travel stories.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love all sorts of music, but soul music has recently become the theme music for my global adventures.
I read a ton, so rather than list all the books, I'll just say I'm generally into science fiction and fantasy. Why? Because I look at this beautiful, diverse, exciting world we live in, and I think 'man, this sure could use some dragons'.
My favorite movie is Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, but I'll settle for any john Hughes film, campy action movie, or superhero flic.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I dressed up as a mime on New Year's Day 2014 in Paris in order to participate in a surprise wedding proposal at Sacre Coeur. The happy couple showed up late, and I had to pretend to be a mime in front of thousands of tourists for 2 hours. Turns out pulling invisible rope is quite a lot harder than it looks.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a very solid cook, an excellent baker, and a fairly talented guitarist. I can also help with your math homework if you're into that.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Lame jokes, stupid facts, and an enormous library of ridiculous (and mostly true) stories. Im handy, hard working, and continually up for anything.
Countries I’ve Visited
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Japan, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States
