My name is Tim, I am 19 years old and I like travelling.
Last year I finished school and travelled around the world for half a year. Now I am studying physics at the university of Heidelberg which is, by the way, the most beautiful city in Germany.

I like meeting new people from different cultures and I like talking in English.
I'm a humorous and positive guy who likes to socialise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started a year of Work and Travel in September 2016 and I tried to meet some locals. I loved talking in English and learning more about the culture of the local people.
I suppose Couchsurfing is the best way to meet new people from different countries and to exchange different experiences.
It's a good way to share different lifestyles and making some friends all over the world.
I personally had some really nice experiences with couchsurfing and now I want to give something back to other people.

Interests

I like to do sports and my favourite one is Soccer (I also enjoy watching it). I also like Inline Skating and I play the piano. I'm interested in everything which has something to do with technology. I go to the gym quite frequently (if I have time) to have a break from learning. I appreciate a nice chess game to relax (I know it's crazy) and usually I like every kind of activities and learning new stuff. Alright and who doesn't like to eat and sleep?

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love house music. Generally music is one of my hobbies. I often listen to some music and I also play the piano. My favourite movie is "Harry Potter" and "Hobbit" and by the way: I love watching "Project X". I don't read books so I haven't got any favourite ;) If I read anything it's a non fiction book from which I can learn something about life. The rest is wasting time in my opinion.
