I practice yoga, dance and work most the year in remote scotland at an eco yoga retreat.

I'm 29, English, travelled the world for about four years, surfed a lot couches, and I'm veggie.

Traits include: easy going but outgoing, fun yet down to earth, loving and independent, listener and talker.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used couch surfing to help me get by during travelling the world. Now it's my turn to help others.

I'm amzazed that it can be possible to get by in the world just on peoples hearts - couchsurfing is the internet version.
