I'm currently studying for PhD in the UK and trying to find time to play, teach and write music on the side. I enjoy my research and the travel that it often entails.

I'm pretty new to couchsurfing, but I love to meet people when travelling and this seems like a great way to do it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love appreciating the moon in all it's phases, but any opportunity to enjoy a full moon I have to take. This particular full moon I was staying at Lake Tahoe. I kayaked out in the dark, on the black water to enjoy the moon and the lake in serene stillness.

I love teaching music to people of all ages - writing and playing music are a passion of mine and I love to share it. I love talking about the things I've learned studying physics with anyone interested. I'm a keen amateur cook and am always keen to share food and learn new recipes and techniques. I would also like to improve my German.
