Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm traveling the world, practicing my photography, living the dream.
ABOUT ME
I'm a person that loves to defy the norm. I am unphased by the unknown, and probably embrace it a bit too much. I can debate philosophy, talk sports, enjoy nightlife, discuss craft alcohols of all kind, love good food in all forms, am willing to try anything at least once, and I ALWAYS find a way to get what I want in life.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is a journey. And it is about the journey, not the destination. People come, people go as you go through life, and it is inevitable and childish to think otherwise. I only hope that the others that I cross paths with benefit from meeting me and also that we cherish and live up the time that we do have together.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am traveling full time now, so I cannot host anyone, but I can offer awesome conversation on practically any topic, probably help give you some ways to grow your business, and brighten your day by being super fun to play with :)
Interests
I run a marketing firm for a living. I love psychology and the study of influence. When I am home, I train in and perform improv comedy. I love the arts and theater, I do amateur photography when I travel. I love drinking and eating new things, I love partying, I love life pretty much in a nutshell. I think my attitude, lifestyle, and actions in life reflect this deeply embedded philosophy.

Music, Movies, and Books
Almost any well directed, well acted movie I will thoroughly enjoy as I perform in the arts myself.
Love hip hop, trance & most EDM and mainly listen to those + some top 40.
Books -- I read a ton on PRACTICAL psychology, philosophy, business efficiency, marketing, influence, and basically anything that turns you into a superhuman. I find that if I were to belong to a sect of like-minded people, it would be Objectivism, and I think Ayn Rand does an amazing job conveying the philosophy in her books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Yesterday's definition of awesome and amazing must continue to be outdone by bigger and better things. In lieu of that though, I'll mention some things that have molded who I am more.
I've always seen obstacles in life as a game to be overcome. When I was 11, my parents wouldn't let me play video games, and so I did anyway. They grounded me and I played anyway. They hit me to reprimand me and I did a risk/benefit analysis and concluded 30 seconds of pain would always outway hours of fun. They locked the game room door, I rigged a device to let me pry open the door with a screwdriver. They bolted the door, I went to the library and learned how to pick locks. This continued onward as I grew older. I was given a decision to live at home and commute to college or get no funding at all, I chose no funding and started 4 separate business ventures that let me pay for me own schooling without getting into debt. I'm still the same way today!
----
The first time I went on stage to perform improv comedy with a group of people, I was blinded by unfamiliar stage lights and a crowd of almost a hundred people -- none of whom I could see because of the lights. It dawned on me that we had to do 25 minutes of completely made-up comedy on the spot based on a suggestion from the audience. I've never felt fear so keenly in my bones, and I had the most intense fight/flight syndrome pulsing in my head. I decided to fight, and no other event in my life has given me reason to fear anymore after that event.
And yeah traveling for 3 years non-stop seeing huge chunks of the world definitely have added about 33,000+ (and growing) amazing pictures to my photo collection
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty good at marketing & business I would say -- I built a company from the ground up that functions without me which allows me to travel the world. This is my 7th business, although none of the others have this kind of scale.
I've studied comedy and the art of performing for 4+ years in NYC, so I can discuss acting, comedy, theater, etc.
I think I know my fair share about neurology, linguistics, psychology, philosophy, and the esoteric arts. I've been an enthusiast for 10 years now.
I take more pictures than most professional photographers. Chances are, I could set you up with a sick profile picture that would make you an instant celebrity wherever you post it!
