I grew up in the States but am now living with my boyfriend while he finishes up his PhD in Cambridge, UK. I am currently teaching yoga, personal training, and nannying until deciding if I want to go back to school.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love any and all adventures, especially those that include the opportunity for new international friends. Traveling has always been a passion. Now that I am out of college and living in Europe, I hopefully will be doing a lot more of it. Since I don't have a super high income, couch surfing is ideal for this hobby. I have WWOOFed on various farms, and have really loved living and working alongside a family local to the area.

Now that I finally have an spare room to share, I am very excited to reach out to the couch surfing community and begin to pay forward all the kind people who have lent theirs :) Our one rule is that you have to bring something to contribute to the room, hopefully from your hometown! We've had people bring pictures they've drawn/painted, futbol scarves or medallians to hang, DYO vases -- anything and everything to contribute to celebrating world-wide beauty in our little spare room :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Worked as a photographer for a wine and food magazine in Argentina. Through this, I was able to go to vineyards, hotels, and resorts all over the Mendoza region experiencing the best of the best (aka Malbec and empanadas) for the price of capturing the essence of that venue for the magazine to advertise.
