Hi there! My name is Timi!
I’m currently living in Bulgaria with my 2 pet rabbits. I’ve been living here for the past 3 years exploring different cities, now I’m based in Plovdiv.
I’m involved in a local NGO working with youth, where I host weekly gatherings where we get creative (painting, writting, signing, whatever) and get to know each other. I’m hoping to get more immersed in the artistic community of Plovdiv (wich is not a small one) in the future, and work together with other on artistic projects. :)
In my previous city ( Burgas) I’ve been attending pole dance classes which I really enjoyed, hoping for someone to open such a place in Plovdiv too :D
Love being outside in nature, exploring (caves, wild beaches, high ridges are my favourite)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe the most rewarding and sincere way of travelling is to get in touch with the local culture.
I really disagree with the disrespectful ‘tourist’ way of travelling, and I find couchsurfing to be closer to my values.
I like to combine travelling with volunteering as an effort to give something in return for local communities.
