I'm a quiet, listening and patient person. But I can be very engaged, when I'm excited about something. Life is wonderful, every day a new adventure. I'm very thankful about this world.

Interests

For me, life is dancing, dancing with light, and also with the shadows. Since I am 17, I was looking for what is life, love, being happy, communication, being a human, what for we are on earth, and million things like this. Reading books, going to places, meeting people, experiencing live to the extremes, and also giving workshops to people, together with my beloved wife.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During an self-experience workshop, the neigbouring group did meditation with sitting and walking, also fasting and remaining silent. I became resonating with this energy and it was so strong, that I had only two choices: run away very fast, or sit down somewhere and get calm inside. I got calm and this was my teaching in meditation, my first experience of true self, light and infinite happyness.

I travelled a lot with AIESEC (economy student excange) and SERVAS, and also with groups and on my own. There were so many friendly and heartful encounters with people of so many countries and cultures, that I nearly could shed tears when I think (and feel) back to this, 'cause my heart is touched so much.
