Hi everyone! I'm Tim and I live in Prinsenbeek (Breda) together with my boyfriend Koen. I believe in the power of the nature and really fight to keep things green and reduce the effects of global warming (even the smallest bit can help..). For that, I'm fighting in the local politics :) My personality is openminded, social, stubborn, sensitive, enthusiastic, and many more. In my daily life I do so many things! Few of them:

- Making music! I play accordion, I teach people how to play that Music was my first love, yeah, I think so. So if you love music, please visit me (or host me as well). If you don't love music? I also love a lot of other things so you are welcome. (Note: I am not an open jam session.)
- I'm coaching leaders on scouting as a board member, try to develop themsevles.
- Walk around, and bike around! Really love to have a trip, and travel so on. Also love to swim. Not good in it, but I do it alot of times. Especially I love to try new sports, but I miss the push to become good in it.
- Working as a supervisor for mentally disabled people.

Koen is a food technologist. He loves cooking and talking about food. Koen is also a scout leader. He loves to talk about a lot of topics.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm on Couchsurfing for getting new contacts all over the world. I've traveled all alone in England, and surfed many couches. That experience was amazing! Feeling home in a country you don't know well!
I've hosted a several guests and that was also cool. Just hosting somebody you don't know, in fact a stranger, and after some days there is a friendship.

Sometimes while traveling you really just want to meet new people and learn more about a city or place than just the tourist folders.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

We have a particular taste of music. We love alot of different styles and listening to music from all over the world. At one moment there was more Spanish camp music in Tim's playlist than Dutch or English music. Thanks to our neighbour we're also in love with Italodisko.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Flying in a small plane above Stavanger and surroundings, in Norway. Or standing in the snow while it's 30 degrees Celcius! And visiting Lapland in wintertime.
Also canyoning in the Aragonèse landscape.
