ABOUT ME

I love loving things. I love making things and helping other people make things. By things I mean anything from art to a good hot meal. Bicycles - best invention in the world. I could live in the bush (south african term for the wilderness) if we didn't need human interaction to grow. And growing is what I am currently faced with - reluctantly and excitedly... because it's painful to change yes? Films. Animals. Insects. Rain. My Family. My Friends. My little Niece & Nephew. Jumping off a very high rock into a cold river. Suddenly finding an angry snake in your path. Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Meditation, a long Run - Mastering yourself. Having a wee off a big rock overlooking the jungle. Good, but GREAT books that change your life for a few months... I love stuff. But being an artist I tend to be deep about it. No apologies here! Perspectives - I want more perspectives!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a very big apartment with my 3 wonderful friends; Jaques, Mongi & Pam (the lady). We are all involved in the theatre and film industry as actors, directors or producers. We don't have much furniture at the moment as we've just arrived (and we're artists - so don't hold your breath). But we have loads of space and our space is full of love and acceptance. And if you like to party Jaques or Pam will make sure you do! We love meeting good people. So you are welcome :D

Interests

Bicycles, Running, Hiking, Martial Arts, Healing, Good Stories, the iPhone & iPad (everyone has a flaw yes?), the sea and the poor dudes that live and are dying in it, Family, Kids (the only sorcerers left), Shamanism and the origins of knowledge, Love, Faith, Growing OLD, Death, Violence and the unfathomable dark side of people, Weakness, Light, Sleep, The alienation of Cultural ignorance, FOOD! , Discipline and silence.
