ABOUT ME

I love new adventures, travelling, mountain biking, meeting new people, playing the guitar, the sun (although we don't see much of it here in Ireland!), watersports (especially scuba diving), skiing, beer, and I have a keen interest in languages.

Im currently travelling across Europe (perhaps ending in Istanbul) by bicycle.

PHILOSOPHY

A man in Ljubljana once advised me (on the subject of travelling) "Fuck the city man, its all just money money money. You need to get back to the nature man."

He was right!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive hosted some friends from Slovenia in the past but found it difficult to use CouchSurfing while travelling by bike because of lack of internet availability. Hoping to make some introductions from Ljubljana in advance for the next leg of the journey!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Currently in Ljubljana after cycling from Ireland via France, Switzerland and over the St Bernard Pass into Italy. Heading towards Bosnia, Croatia and beyond

I can teach you some Irish or French, and fix your computer.

I'd like to improve my French and learn to Sail (maybe at the same time?)
