ABOUT ME

I'm very interested into getting to know differnt cultures and people. I think this is the best way to learn more about yourself. I'm openminded and like to try new things.
Currently I'm studing civil ingeneering in Hannover, and in my spartime I enjoy sports and hanging out with friends and take every opportunity to do something cracy.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to see myself as a work in progress. There are so many things I want to understand, learn and experience and one great way to do that is to meet new people.
I like quotes, mostly because they often can express what I feelings much better as I ever could.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Due to a lot of traveling I have met a lot of people so far. I have hosted some people in my small room, great times.

Interests

Spending time with family and friends, basketball, climbing, surfing, playing gitare, traveling, reading,... I always find something which I find iinteresting, can't remember the last time I was bored.

Music: Sakamoto,Bob Marley,Jack Johnson,Manu Chao, Buena Vista Social Club, Beirut, Bon Iver, Red Hot Chilli Peppers Old HipHop, and more... but I don't think that the taste of music reveals much about the personality.

Movies: The last king of scottland, Into the wild, Fightclub, Forest Gump...

Books: Everything from Hermann Hesse, Brave New World (Huxley), Paulo Coelho, Nietzsche, David Thoreau,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I hiked through the Grand Canyon in 13 hours.
- Got stung by a sting ray in Panama
- A gorilla bumped into me while we were gorilla tracking in Ruanda
-stayed in a Buddist Monastery for a few weeks
-got my Ipod stolen by the police
-did the worlds highest bungy jump in South Africa
