About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I have one goal over all others and its to go to a World Cup at least once in my life!
ABOUT ME
I like to think of myself as a chilled laid back, go with the flow person. I'm happy to waste a whole day on the couch but other times want to get up and be active and go out! It just depends on how I'm feeling really!
PHILOSOPHY
Just enjoy myself, work hard when I need to but also do not be too stressed because things always work out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm pretty permanently set up in Melbourne and living in a share house so having couchsurfers coming over is sort of difficult so I haven't done any hosting. I have used couchsurfing once in France, but wish I had more before I left! But the feature I liek most about couch surfing has been the meetups, they're great for travellers who have just arrived looking to meet people!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As I was saying not much couchsurfing experience but I have used the meetup feature quite a few times when I have to travel for work. Met some really cool people in Japan, Taiwan, Singapore but just going along to meetups, been great!

Music, Movies, and Books
Radiohead, Led Zepplin (so goood!), James Brown and more!
For movies there are so many I love, but at the moment I am really getting into animation, rediscovering my inner child! I've been reading a lot of comics lately as well, just finishing off Akira now! So epic and quite different from the film, a must for any comic fans!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed to the top of Mount Kinabalu in Borneo! It was so awesome! Definitely one of the best things I ever did or will do!
Teach, Learn, Share
Packing light is the best! When I first began travelling I always used my big hiking backpack, it's awesome and can hold everything I need, but after a year in Europe my perception has changed! A normal sized backpack is perfect for everything, just bring less! And pack the bag until its at bursting point and when you get to the hostel just let explode, it doesnt matter coz you hopefully wont be at the hostel much anyway! Less stuff to carry means less stuff to worry about and its so easy for flights and everything and if you're desperate buy another tshirt or whatever, they will be souvenirs! I guess thats my biggest lesson!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to think I am a good cook and always happy to contribute a meal as a way to say thanks!
