I recently quit my full-time job at a marketing agency and decided to go for a stroll on this beautiful Earth of ours! I love meeting new and foreign souls who can trade stories and life experiences with me. Humility and learning is the name of the game! Earlier this year, I did a 10 day silent meditation retreat called Vipassana, back home in Toronto, Canada. It was a phenomenal and centering experience. I have since sought to incorporate
meditation more often in my daily life!
