I am a transformative health educator, who had worked in many settings from public and private schools to non profit organizations. My talents lie in the development of programs that empower transformation and equip communities with the tools for lifelong health. My interests are in blending ancient eastern science with western discoveries to prevent disease and promote wellness. On the side, I operate a health oriented YouTube channel, where I upload everything from calming piano compositions to concepts and resources.
I am interested in the martial arts, and have studied Tai Chi and medical qi gong intensively. I am happy to teach anyone who is interested! In the future I would like to pursue a career in Oriental medicine and develop transformative health programs that can be implemented in public school settings.

I am easy to talk to, and great listener, and am good at keeping to myself as well. I love the outdoors, connecting with the earth, deep discussions, and embracing new experiences with an open heart.

Designed a meditation garden based on the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine in the courtyard of the last place at which I worked. Another amazing experience was designing and implementing curriculum that directly improved quality of life for over 140 high school students.
