Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, I am on Couchsurfing because of my friend's suggestion. Anyway, I like meeting new people and sharing knowledge as well as experience with them.

Interests

I am interested in art, history, and science. Knowing (and understanding) other cultures have always driven me to wander around.

I also like making photos (although I am not a photographer) as well as sharing thoughts and stories. I share them using Instagram. You can see it on my Instagram page: siahaantimothy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On one side I like to stay in my comfort zone. However, in many cases I like to try new things. This is important because I get bored quite easily.

Since 2014 I try to travel a lot as well as doing some simple photography. Although the traveling is limited by my job, I manage somehow to realize day trips almost every weekend.

One of my goals is to visit as many cities/towns/villages in the Netherlands. Up to now I have visited more than 100 Dutch cities/towns/villages. Besides that, I have learned a lot about things in this country by visiting more than 50 museums here. Probably I would be able to be a guide if you want to see things that are not really known in the Netherlands.

Be sure you know what you are doing. Be sure you like what you are doing. Be sure you are not under others' control. That way, you can survive even in an unimaginable difficult and dangerous situation.

I can tell stories from my adventures, especially the funny ones. Also I can share some scientific knowledge if it is interesting for you.
Oh! I was a musician (playing guitar and bass)! Probably some skills on guitar and bass can be shared.
