I have been heavily bitten by the travel bug, and I like to spend as much time as I can in new places. Recently have decided to move to the other side of the world, and see where life takes me, and its the most exciting period of my life yet.

I originally joined because my sister was using it frequently in her travels, and she was so appreciative of people being welcoming and accepting, and I thought that would be something to I would believe of myself, so I began offering my couch when I could.
Now as a traveler, it presents an opportunity to meet new people, I think hanging out with locals is the best way to experience a new place.

music - lots of things indie, singer songwriters, chilled out, but also really getting into some oldschool soul and rnb recently.

movies - way too many to mention, ranging from pulp fiction to bill and teds bogus journey to the dark knight trilogy to star wars to lord of the rings. All sorts, as long as well written and produced.

books - mostly fantasy, Lord of the Rings, the Magician series by Raymond E Feist, A Song of Ice and Fire, some crime, some thriller, the odd biography.

I'm also going to add Tv - community, house of cards, and any science show by Brian Cox.

My most recent thing - move to the other side of the world., to a city where I can't speak the language, to see what happens.
A little more specifically, I've walked on a glacier, which is a pretty incredible experience that should be completed while it is still possible.
