About Me

Hello all, my name is Tin. I am very new to this site, so bare with me if I do not have enough information but I am trying my very best! My mother referred to this site for me, whom I love to travel around the world with. Besides my family, I am interested in airbnb only so I am able to travel around with my girlfriend. We are an adventure couple always seeking opportunity to experience what this world has to offer. I am a full time student at the University of California, Irvine with goals of becoming a pharmacist. Besides being a full time student, I am also a full time assistance manager for NNT properties, and part time world traveler. My interest in traveling are all the outdoor activities, waterholes, culture, and FOOD. I must try food at every wherever I travel. I have already been all over Asia besides Korea and Japan :( [which I mean to tackle in the near future]. I have random hobbies that range from music instruments to outdoor sports but I really do enjoy a nice day of netflix whenever possible. My music choice would be alternative and acoustic music because I enjoy the exciting and the slow parts of it. I am hoping this is a pleasant experience just like surfing (which is one of the most amazing communities that exist ever to be created- the people are awesome!!!!) I am looking forward to this and I love to meet people as well!

My life motto is " You never know till you try."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Whenever I travel, I like to discuss with a few locals prior to my trip as an opportunity to meet a few individuals. I often meet up with them, go on nature hikes, view the little secret hidden gems of the town I visit. I generally like to start my days early, and end it late to soak up every bit. I am barely in the home besides at night just to rest for the next day to go explore a new destination. If the option is available, I would love to get coffee with the hosts and just get to know more about the lifestyle in the town I am visiting. Based on my own experience, there is always something pleasant to share. I have never hosted before since this is new to me, I plan on using it to travel more.

Interests

Some more quick to know me facts:
Favorite movie: 500 days of Summer,
Favorite song: Dashboard Confessionals - HANDS DOWN
Favorite book: Five People you Meet in Heaven
Favorite show: (whatever reminds me of my girlfriend-Bobs Burgers???) I like suits too
Favorite destination: Vietnam is a must go if you are into nature, history, and culture ( I must warn you about the food though, some places are not clean...) which is a bummer because I love cultural food.
Five things I can't live without: Basically my daily essentials? WIFI ( I mean I can go camping without it, but I'd like to prefer it in my life)
Dogs (they bring me joy naturally in life with no effort)
Milk tea (best dessert drink ever invented)
My girlfriend( Given shes not a thing, but I need someone always to bond with me)
The opportunity to travel (my bug to explore is always active.)
