I'm an expat currently living and working in Saudi Arabia. I'm an innate wanderer. When I'm travelling, I just want to get lost and be engulfed by the culture of the place that I'm in.

Planning is not my best attribute, a come what may kind of attitude. I love to eat! I'm not picky and would try anything or atleast once if I dont like it.

My mission like most of the people in the world is to travel. Anywhere! I would love to go to Africa in the near future and be involved in a real humanitarian mission or build something, houses maybe in Asia or other Middle Eastern country.

I have a soft heart for the lost. I'd like to minister them, guide them back up on their feet.

I'm not much of a talker but I must say I'm a great listener. However, if the situation gets awkward, I can throw in some epic ice breaker.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mainly to meet diverse new friends around the world. Shared lives and stories of travels.

Interests

I'm passionate about reading. (Like really passionate). I could just curl up on the couch, a bench or in the grass and just read and read for days. I can be a total recluse if you give me a great book. Social life thrown out the window.

My current conquests are books by Pittacus Lore, Victoria Aveyard (Sci-fi), Haruki Murakami (abstract and eclectic), Khaled Hosseini (inspirational and intense), Kevin Kwan (hilarious) and the Bible.

I love sports, used to play volleyball in college and a member of the swim team. Recently, I joined our interhospital volleyball games. Just trying not to get smacked in the face by the ball. 😊

Surfing is one of my first love along with reading. I have this favorite spot in the Philippines. The town is in Baler, Aurora and my current obsession with the chillest (if there is such a word) island in all the world, Siargao. I used to go there whenever I have a free time off work and go surfing. The locals are very accommodating, friendly and cool! The food is great as well as cheap! Baler and Siargao are my happy places. 😊

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - eclectic and depends on my mood. Mostly deep chill and beach sounds, edm, rnb, pop and worship songs.

Books - a great deal of Murakami, Hosseini, Coelho, Grisham and for girly stuff, Kinsella. And ofcourse, George R.R. Martin!
Pittacus Lore, Victoria Aveyard and series books.

Movies - I love suspense, action and tear-jerkers (does that make me weird? I don't care) and everything Star Wars!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paraglide in Salzburg, swam with planktons in PhiPhi, air balloon in Cappadocia and have had tattoos sober. :D
