Update 7/2019
John and I got married in May and we will be embarking on a backpacking trip together as newly weds from Sept 2019 - Dec 2019! Hoping we can document our experience and absorbing all the culture, eat to our hearts content, and make lasting memories with old friends and new!

Taiwanese American from New York, but relocated to Monterey, California in recent years.

I decided to quit my job and backpacked around the world in August 2016.
Two years later, I'm now living in California still trying to figure out life. I just got married last week and my new husband and I plan on traveling together for 3 to 4 more months starting Sept - Dec 2019.

I'm sarcastic, adventurous, and eager to learn and try new things!
I love absorbing local customs and cultures when I travel and enjoy sharing life experiences.

I'm a people person so I enjoy mingling but I enjoy my own time as well.
Love dogs, but unfortunately allergic to pet dander, however, I still plan to have one in the future. Alaskan-Malamute for the win! Fine, maybe a Corgi too. OR even some alpacas.. (my husband surprised me with 2 alpacas for our wedding and they very extremely cute and to die for).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach English, Chinese, or basics in Korean. I love to cook so I can shed some light in that area. I would also love to learn as well! I used to workout more routinely, and have done some yoga so I can share basic things in that too! Most of all, I can definitely share my traveling experiences!
