Overview
About Me
I am fairly new to traveling out of my home country, but am currently going on my first overseas backpacking adventure from June 14th to September 7th. I don't really know what to expect, but I know it will be an unforgettable experience that will help me grow as a person (big fan of personal development/growth). I traveled to England in the summer of 2015 to see family and I guess that created a hunger for more and more travelling. I will be travelling to Iceland, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands and England, and maybe more! I would love to meet as many different people as possible and learn about local life. I am very low-maintenance and respectful and love listening to other people talk about their stories and experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm more interested in how the locals live than going to all of the tourist areas, although some of the sights can't be missed. I will be living out of my backpack and mostly tent camping, but it would be nice to stay with someone who knows the different areas that I will be staying in.
Interests
I love hiking and doing anything outdoors, especially in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York, USA.
I'm always up for finding great food, especially Mexican burritos! I like exploring new places and meeting new people with different interests and ways of living and trying new things.
