ABOUT ME

I enjoy adventure and culture. I try to live a relatively simple life. I treat my body well with exercise and healthy food. I enjoy meditating and yoga to keep my mind balanced. I spend time with my partner, family and friends that are important to me. My excitement often comes through new experiences and traveling adventures. I love to learn and some would call me quite talkative. I enjoy enhancing my perspectives by learning about others. I enjoy life. I really do. I engage in activities that make me a healthy and better person. I like finding small treasures each day; a beautiful flower on the side of the road, the smell of the crisp air filled with pine, the warmth of my partner lying next to me, or the feeling of rain as it hits my arm. Living mindfully and in the present moment is a life worth living.

PHILOSOPHY

Live each moment mindfully. Find something beautiful about each person you meet. Learn to let go and forgive. Treat your mind and body well, you only get one of each. Be grateful every single day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to pay it forward and host individuals at my home now. I would also like to get involved in couchsurfing meetings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had only positive experiences with CS through Europe and Australia. I have met many interesting individuals and they were very inviting with their culture.
