About Me

CURRENT MISSION

help make the world a happier place and be fulfilled with the work I do

ABOUT ME

I'm a kind, quirky person who loves to share and meet new people. I live a pretty quiet but pretty fun life. I love the outdoors but I also love sitting on my couch and watching Netflix with a friend.

PHILOSOPHY

Only take what you can give back and have fun along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by exploring this great globe on the kindness of others and when I can, offer the same in return. I also participate by not being a serial killer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've crashed on a few couches while traveling and it has always been fun and awesome. I haven't hosted anyone yet but would be happy to if you're safe and considerate.

Interests

MUSIC!!!!! I spend a ton of money on concerts and festivals. I sort of play guitar and sing.

FOOD!!!! All kinds especially Indian, Thai, Korean (because I am) and chocolate!!!

Also I love just getting to know someone over a nice cup of tea or while exploring a new city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on study abroad to Ecuador where I got to do field work in the Galapagos Islands and the Amazonian Rain Forrest. I also got to back pack across some of the Andes (though that is where i probably tore some cartilage in my hip). worth it!! In my work I get to reunite children with their families they haven't seen in years or have never met. That is definitely the most amazing thing I have seen and get to be a part of.

Teach, Learn, Share

Lots of mind/body/meditation/yoga stuff. I can show you all around Kalamazoo. How to make a whistle out of a blade of grass.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A really really fun time. I don't drink or do drugs of any kind but I know how to have a ball and I still love going out.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Ecuador, Italy, Mexico, South Korea

Countries I’ve Lived In
