About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finish my master degree, explore the world, become a better person :)
ABOUT ME
I am studying in Brussels, Belgium right now. This is the third country I lived in during my studies (Germany, USA, now Belgium) and I also worked in France for a while. Why do I tell you this? Because it could show, that I am very quick in adapting to other cultures, languages etc. and that I feel at home quite easy with the right persons around me. I slept on all sorts of couches/matresses/mats/floors in my life so I really don't need much and I will be easygoing. What I would really appreciate is a roof over my head, some advice from you as a local or at the best, some time spend together, exploring the city (as I would love to walk off the beaten path a bit).
PHILOSOPHY
A journey of a thousand miles starts in front of your feet! - Valid for anything in life. Don't be afraid of the first step!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy hosting however small the places are I live in as I enjoy sharing some time with travelers. Even more so in times where I don't have the chance to travel much myself as it always feels like exploring the world in another way.
When I am traveling I like being hosted as it gives you the unique opportunity to explore places with the help of locals and get a glimpse of "real life" instead of being secluded in a hotel resort.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I hosted more than I surfed. Every single experience has been a great one so far and I met some awesome people along the way with whom I like to keep contact and usually manage to meet again some way or another.
Interests
FOOD! Eating, cooking, enjoying a meal with friends, discover new recipies and dishes, strolling along local farmer's markets. I also enjoy live music (rock, Jazz, blues, Folk...) and some good wine and beer (For the taste of it, not the drunkenness).

I am very curious about your origins, your country and your regional food and special dishes. I make a great 'Schnitzel' if you want to get an idea of 'german food' :-)
