Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love sharing experiences and swapping stories. I believe that one of the best ways to get to know a city is through the locals.

If there is anything I learned in reading the Odyssey is that, hospitality is everything! (Unless you are a siren) And that extending hospitality to strangers is one of the most gracious things a person can do.

Other than that, I like thinking of "would you rather.." questions, binge watching TV shows, going to the (very) occasional music festival, reading the world news, playing with my dog, being outdoors, taking pictures, and obsessing over the fate of humanity. I like conspiracy theories, documentaries, and cooking and travel shows. Oh. and of course, the occasional discussion about politics is welcome! ( was a polisci major in undergrad).

I ziplined to another island.

Also I quit my job to go backpacking for two months.
