Music, Movies, and Books
Karen reads non-fiction, especially travel and other memoirs. A few of her favorite books are listed on her website: http://tinyisland.com/Karen.html. She watches documentaries, especially about travel, places, and inspiring people. We both love all kinds of music except classical, opera, and rap.
Grant loves spy and historical novels, page turners, and action movies. He's a big fan of John Le Carre, Tony Hillerman, Wooster, and Patrick O'Brian. He's a voracious reader.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rafting the Grand Canyon; 10-day solo hike across the North Cascades; a year traveling solo in Europe; taking a boat down the Nile; so many, many things I could list!
