ABOUT ME

I would say I'm a friendly person, I talk easily and I like meeting people. I don't know if it's possible but I'm outgoing and shy in the same time. I can be a weirdo sometimes, but the good type (I hope), the goofy type :)

I'm working on a project that allowed me to travel around through Greece, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Spain and France to meet young artists/cultural projects leaders who are involved as active citizens in their countries. The aim of our trip is to do an investigation on the links between activism and culture. Our final goal will be to create a web plateforme to sum-up all the great initiatives we'd have encounter.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that small gestures to strangers can really make their day and yours, so don't forget to smile to people in the street or in the subway. I also believe we should be more aware of the world and of the people around us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I talk about CouchSurfing to people around me to help developing this truely amazing idea. It's even on my resumé and future employers often ask me about it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted many times : a lot in the USA (NYC, Washington, Atlanta, New Orleans, LA, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Oakland, San Francisco), in Budapest and in Oslo.
Otherwise, I used to live in a big appartment with 10 people from different nationalities and a lot of them were couchsurfers, so they introduce me to it! We welcomed a lot of couchsurfers from Israel, Los Angeles, California, Finland etc. But we also had a lot of friends coming to visit us, so needless to say that I'm used to international experiences!
On top of that my family in France is a hostfamily so I am used to live with people from all over the world, and I love it :)

Series : Friends, Homeland, New Girl, Girls, Big Bang Theory, The Mindy Project, Entourage, That 70's show...

Music : Every kind of things as long as it makes me feel something !

Books : I really like reading, but I don't do it nough maybe.
I'm currently reading books from Jean Ziegler, I believe that every one should read his books, it really helped me understand the world around us and want to fight what's wrong about it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of my best memory was to walk around the Washington DC's monuments during the 2009 snow storm, it was like we were in Laponie.
Taking the bus, the car and the train from Istanbul to France because of the ash clouds in Easter 2010, and crossing Bulgaria, Romania, Hungaria, Austria and Germany in less than 3 days, and arriving in Lille at 10am to take an exam at 11am.
