ABOUT ME

T.J. O'Brien is friendly, well-spoken, smart, fit, really cool, and loves to write condescending third person descriptions of himself. Just kidding. I am currently traveling through Europe with my best friend from high school. We started in Scotland, then Copenhagen, Berlin, Heidelberg. Next its Amsterdam, then Paris and Bordeaux. After that, I'm planning on working on a farm in Spain for one month.

I am currently traveling, but when I return home my college dorm room will hopefully host some surfage.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in Costa Rica with Tom Limmer. I worked on a farm for a semester while I was there. Tom actually helped me to find the farm!

Interesses

I study Food and Environmental Science. I love cooking, playing sports with friends, reading, good discussion, and traveling.

I've been traveling through Europe and it has been excellent thus far. I particularly loved Copenhagen.

I worked on an organic farm in costa rica for a semester.

I work in a fine dining restaurant that has a farm on the property. It is called Blue Hill at Stone Barns. This work has influenced my attitude towards cooking and the environment.
