ABOUT ME

I am from SC, USA and have moved here to seek out myself. My way of accomplishing this is by experiencing other cultures. I am an open, honest, and motivated person. I have moved here of my own accord, and I am very excited about the personal growth that will take place on this journey! I have a passion for people, and this is the best opportunity for me to meet a wide range of people throughout the world. I am one of those people who lived in a fairly small town and could not wait to get out of it and see the world, and that is why I am here today.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to grow. It sounds so much more simple than it actually is. Growing is such a complex process and I am learning new things about the World and myself everyday. I am a constant development project. The main reason I really like meeting new people is because those people encourage, motivate and inspire me to become a better person, who is comfortable in their own skin. I have done a lot of personal analysis of myself since I have arrived in Ireland, and have come to realize that positivity and personal self-value are what will make me a more confident, composed and strong man. I live for every day, and strive to make my family proud.

Interests

I really like singing! I am also into sports ie - American Football, European Football, Baseball. Scuba diving and snowboarding are really exciting hobbies of mine as well. I am a Graphic Designer and a tech geek, so I really enjoy how technology meets the arts. I am a bit of a gamer as well, and it's one of my best venues for clearing my mind. I love to read as well. I am a huge fan of John Green's novels, especially "Looking for Alaska." If you are familiar with it, this trip is what I consider my "search for the Great Perhaps."

Music my passion. I love meeting new people because of all of the new/different music I get introduced to. I live off of my iPod. I am a guitar player as well. One of my personal goals is to do some busking here in Ireland.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have performed on stage at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. as vocalist. I have also performed at Disney World in Florida, USA. These events are all surrounded by music, and are fond memories for me.

I love hearing people sing! If someone is passionate about singing, you can tell, and if it is something that I could help with, I would be more than willing to assist!

I don't really know what I would like to learn specifically. I feel like a big part of this trip would be learning the unexpected, so that is where my expectation will stay. No specifics, just learn.
