ABOUT ME

*I am putting a lot of time into this profile because its very important to me that people have an idea what i'm like when staying with total strangers. so it is going pretty slow (very busy with school and all) but stay tuned! p.s. i don't have any pics up but i do have a myspace page w/ pics from '05 you can check out. click on the link to my web page.

My name is Sarah and I am the classic college student who wasted a good opportunity and am now paying for it at community college. I kept saying I don’t know what I want to do, and I still don’t know. I would like to be a travel journalist or a history teacher, and I do have a wild fantasy about owning a restaurant or catering business. Anyway………I am a huge Jesus fan. With out him I would have died a long time ago. (Don’t think because I’m a Jesus lover I am small minded or super conservative. Quite the contrary!) I do believe that if the whole world would listen to the teachings of Jesus Christ we could achieve world peace. I love animals although I am not a vegetarian. To be perfectly honest (no disrespect) vegans get on my nerves; pork fat is one of the great joys of life! I am an abide cook/foodie I truly love food. I like shopping and am a compulsive shopper (love flea markets) I smoke cigarettes and I do occasionally indulge in recreational drugs. When I say occasionally I really mean occasionally. I’m too old now, too many things to worry about. It’s not like high school anymore when I was carefree. I am quite shy and because of this not overly outgoing. (My family actually calls me shy instead of Sarah most if the time) I can be very out going around the right personality. Well, I think I’ve gone on long enough the other subjects will probably cover what else I have to say.

PHILOSOPHY

I think this is an interesting question because I don’t think I’ll have a philosophy until I’m old and on my death bed reflecting. What I live by now is I always try to treat people how I want to be treated and never judge a book by its cover. I don’t look like the type of girl who likes radiohead but their on of my favorite bands!

Interests

I volunteer at my local animal shelter twice a month.
I participate in the one campaign although not that often mostly big events like displace me.
I like to play baseball and basketball (I’m quite athletic for a fat girl)
I love traveling although I haven’t been that many places
I love to cook and eat.
I enjoy the simple things in life like a great conversation with my bff Maria while we watch the sunset and comment on its beauty. A cigarette or possibly a blunt in hand and a glass of wine or beer (even though I don’t like beer that much and am very particular about wine)
