About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live without regret, enjoying each day to its fullest.
ABOUT ME
Food is my passion. I love cooking and I love people who love eating.
I have learned to embrace the city i live in, meet new people, and explore new destinations.
I have worked in several restaurants in Edmonton. Currently I Teach kids cooking classes and work at a family resource center in the kitchen cooking for low-income families.
I am taking business courses to enhance my knowledge so Brahm and I can finally open our own Bicycle-Cafe.
I live with my boyfriend Brahm, he is a bicycle mechanic and a musician. We support local musicians, and music from around the world. We volunteer at local festivals and get out as often as possible to see live music.
We work together to save for a get away adventure at least twice a year.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that by meeting new people, and expanding our knowledge of life with the exchange of ideas, experiences and ideals, is the way to a better future for all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the winter of 2011 we went on a trip to Hawaii. On the big island we decided to spend money on a very touristy attraction, Manta Ray diving.
This was the best experience of my life this far.
I recommend it to anyone. We went out on a boat at sunset to a special spot where the manta rays are attracted. you go out with snorkels and float around a ring in the deep dark ocean. everyone shines their light into the center of the ring, this attracts plankton and then you wait. Suddenly out of the darkness comes 16feet of grace. before you know it Manta rays are dancing all around just barely touching you. it was phenomenal.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach anyone willing to learn the fundamentals of cooking like knife skills, tasting, seasoning, flavour combinations, baking, ect...
