ABOUT ME

My home is wherever I hang my hat, but I don't usually wear hats. My parents live in the US, and I have been living in Taiwan for the past 3 years. I am taking some time to travel more, and see what opportunities fall into my lap.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to follow the golden rule and the campsite rule: "leave a campsite in better condition than when you find it." Which is also applicable to people, and life in general.

兴趣

I like to hike, swim, cook, drink and read. In that order. I have a big dog. I love to host people. And, I am primarly interested in the interests of my guests.

I don't know if it is the most amazing thing in my life, but I really liked seeing the sunrise from the top of Mt. Batur in Bali.

I am pretty good at giving English lessons, making homemade apple pie, and teaching old dogs new tricks.
