About Me
I am tall. That's the first thing you'll notice when meeting me. That was also the first phrase I learned to say in Chinese to impress Chinese children looking at me in awe.
But I have other qualities, too: I am a friendly, open-minded person in a nearly constant good mood.
Interests
If I had to boil down all about me to one word, this word would be: "interested".
I'm easily interested in just about anything. And once something caught my interest I am likely to spend a lot ot time digging deeper into the matter, learn a new language and plan my next trip.
Learning new languages is the key! It opens up whole worlds of new experiences.
I have spent over a year in China teaching English and learning Chinese; hard to say which of the two was more challenging.
