Thanks for dropping by. I am a young 45 year old biologist, a slight introvert and a people person. I love travelling and I travel quite a bit for work and currently enjoy spending spring and some of the summer in Paris. While I have my own place in Münster, Germany, here in Paris, I am just renting a small space for myself.

I am on couch surfing because my brother suggested it to me. He has hosted a lot of people at his place in Germany and has met a lot of great people that way. So now, here I am in Paris, I might not be able to host, but I am open to meeting new people and explore the city by the Seine together or just an evening out over a good beer.

Musically, I am a child of the 80s. I like rock music but don‘t say no to any music with a good guitar riff or a punching beat.

Some of my favorite movies are Eternal Sun Shine of the Spotless Mind, not only the title is extraordinary, the story is too. I like movies from David Fincher, flicks like The Game, Gone Girl or The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo“.

Since I am travelling quite a bit, I am a huge fan of audiobooks. I have well over 200 of them. I like thrillers and detective stories. My favorite authors are John Katzenbach, Michael Connely, Jeffrey Deaver, Stieg Larson, Patricia Cownwell, Lincoln Child and Douglas Preston.
