I'm very liberal and interested in a lot of things, most in music, culture, history, philosophy, etc.. I'm also a very tolerant person who disrespects disrespect the most.
I would describe myself as a person that cares about people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first real couch-surfing experience was last year when we slept on a friend's couch in Bamberg, Germany during an Interrailtrip. However, there have been many people over the years, mostly friends from abroad, exchange students, etc.., sleeping on our couch. So I've been familiar with the CS-experience for a long time, without embedding it in the bigger CS-philosophy.
Additionally my good friend Matthias (known as SIR_MAZE in CS.org) has had quite a few couchsurfers surfing his couch during the last couple of months, many of whom i had the pleasure of getting to know.
In short: I'm used to couch-surfers, eager to surf couches myself, don't have a problem with and look forward to people (as long as they're friendly and treat the place with respect) staying over for a couple of nights.

MUSIC (listening to & making) - I am playing mostly stringed instruments, guitar/bass and recently started studying the indian Sitar and the Oud
