ABOUT ME

Hey my name is Tobi from Hamburg, Germany. I'm a former student of Media Technology and currently working as a project engineer for an system integrator in the entertainment business. Besides that I’m the guitar player of the rock bands 'Kleinstadtpioniere' and 'Commander Nilpfred'.
I am positive minded, relaxed, curious how the world looks like and always thinking about my next travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my semester abroad in New Orleans I travelled a lot through the US. In Memphis and San Antonio I used Couchsurfing for the first time and I really enjoyed to get to know new people very easy. I had a great time at both places so I extended my CS experiences in Philadelphia and New York. Every surfing was very different and an interesting new situation.

Listening to music, having a coffee, playing the guitar, football, running, a good beer with my friends, whiskey, caps and especially I always love to travel and explore places I’ve never been.

Everything from punkrock and rockpop to indie, alternative, folk music. From big bands like Rise Against and Foo Fighters to small and dirty punk rock bands.

And rather than books or movies I like to watch sports. Most of the times Football. Forza St. Pauli!
