About Me

I recently left the Appalachian Mountains for more western horizons and rocks to climb. I am indefinitely on the road, my appetite for adventure has drawn me to some amazing places and the wonderful people I've met along the way have been key to leading a happy nomadic lifestyle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My truck and I would love a place to park ourselves for a night or two every so often to rest, and refuel on food and good conversation. I set out to rock climb my way across the country and thought it would be cool to meet folks generous (or curious) enough to open the doors.

Interests

I like to build things: both functional and abstract. Traveling, climbing, biking, hiking, exploring new places and enjoying time and place- these are a few of my favorite things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have made friends in many places.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching primitive survival and practical skills. I am always eager to learn more about the place where I am, favorite local things to do, places around, the culture, language, food, etc. And I can share smiles, music, heartfelt appreciation, being a super neat, low-profile house guest and bringing positive vibes through the door.

What I Can Share with Hosts

All of that (above) and more!
