CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to see the East Coast ofAustralia, as I have not yet had the chance to see much of it at all. I want to work my way up to Cairns, meeting new and exciting people along the way...

ABOUT ME

I am a fun loving person with a huge desire to learn and meet new people, whilst experimenting and trying new things and new adventures. I love playing guitar and jamming, although I am a horrible duke box(have no memory for songs). I first discovered diving at the beginning of this year, and my love for it has been growing ever since, although it is an expensive sport I try to find the money for it. My latest dive was in Jurien Bay. Seeing as I have minimal money I would love to get a job on a dive charter/dive company some where up the East Coast, however I am willing to work just about any where to keep my travels going until that dream happens. I love meeting new people, finding out where they are from, there experiences, their values and learning from them, and think that couch surfing is such a fantastic opportunity to do that.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to live every day as it comes, and grab a hold of any new and exciting adventures, as is displayed in my recent decision on the plane over to Canberra to stay in the Eastern states for an indefinite period of time (I came over with family for a cousins wedding and Christmas)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only been a member of couch surfing for a tiny amount of time so I have not had the opportunity to contribute much at this point in time, but look forward to contributing greatly when I get settled down in one spot.

As I have said my great interests are guitar, diving, the marine environment/environment and meeting new fantastic people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the Doors, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Black Keys and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club to name a few, but the list is endless as I love all kinds of music. As goes with books and movies, this list is endless, although a great book I last read was called the Brendan Voyage, and the movies I love are district 9, forrest gump, scarface, and many many many others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are so many amazing things I have seen throughout my life, I feel I have been extremely lucky in my short life in the experiences I have been able to have. From travelling the Europe to having the opportunity to come up close to some of the incredible species that inhabit our oceans, I extremely grateful for the experiences I have and look forward to many, many more.
