ABOUT ME

I grew up in a very hospital family, always having guests in my house and i was travelling all over the world, spending f.e. one year in india. i am yoga teacher and interested in consciousness and spirituality, running here a little spa with the most advances floating pool existing, (samadhi tank where u experience zero gravity and sensory deprivation). the place where i live is a 500 year old farmhouse in beautyful mountain area. i am speaking several languages. here in the house i have a yoga and meditation room and if my guests like to share silent time so they are invited to use this room and to share experiences. this place is a place of multicultural and multispiritual communication. i like my garden where i grow my own vegetable, pure organic and i like to prepare nice meals.

PHILOSOPHY

i believe that there is one reality (advaita) and that we are like waves in the ocean and that love and understanding makes live rich and that communication is the process of learning about mySELF. I am rooted in christian spirituality as well as in eastern spirituality and live the essence of boths.

i come from a family where we always had a lot of guests and i apreciate very much these contacts. so i kept my house always open to people from all over the world, as well as i was travelling all over the world and learned how to adapt to other cultures and learn from them
