About Me

CURRENT MISSION: To explore myself and the world.

ABOUT ME:

34. DC transplant, Northern California native. Passionate about social good, self improvement, going on adventures, and connecting with people.

Moved to DC in October 2011 to accept a job offer to work for a non-profit on a State Department diplomacy program where I arranged visits for international leaders. I now work in Salesforce consulting for nonprofits and higher educations

I'm a gradute of University of California, Davis With my BA in Sociology of World Development and a minor in Contemporary Leadership. I studied Software engineering at the Flatiron School and have my MBA from Georgetown University.

My work is permanently remote. I travel often but my home base is still DC.

I speak a tiny bit of French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Spent a few summer working at a childrens camp in france. And a few summers working in Brazil. I have hitch hiked and couch surfed quite a bit. Looking to give back to the community more now that I'm in a bigger city.

I'm down to host guys or girls. I'm pretty open minded. Gay and Queer friendly. Down to show you around town or let you explore on your own. Pretty busy lately but if I'm free I'll show you my DC world in a heart beat.

Truthfully, I really do prefer showing people the hidden gems of DC. But if you'd like company to see the monuments, I'd be down to give you a late night tour of the monuments - they are gorgeous at night. Otherwise, my favorite places are the great views, hidden bars, good shows, hiking, creeks, parks, and much more that I'd probably be exploring or enjoying on my own anyway.

I'm a big fan of good music, good food, and good energy.

PHILOSOPHY:

Life isn't about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself.

The greatest limitation of your adventures is not your wallet, but your imagination.
