I'm Saerom Chae from South Korea. I'm in Vienna for this semester as an exchange student. I study sociology and I want to make documentary films when I graduate from my university. So I'm interested in social issues and films also.
I think I can talk well with people and I'm very comfortable to be with. I am very easygoing and open to experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie series are Starwars(except the second one) and I also like european movies. I really liked "The kid with a bike"(2011). And I love Woody Allen too. I like beatles and recently I listen some music from famous operas because I live in Vienna now and often go to operas. I like Hermann Hesse.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a documentary film two years ago. It was about one of our university student. And It was a task that lasted one whole semester. It was very difficult because it had some controversial issues related to the character. But when I finally completed it, I got the first prize in my class. And my classmates wrote mails to me that they didn't think about the issue, but now they realized the problem. It was very exciting experience for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Korean and Korean culture. Actually in my dorm here in Vienna I'm teaching an Italian girl Korean. We had just 4 lessons and she can now speak and write some Korean :) Awesome!(by the way, she studies Linguistic. haha)
