I'm your typical Finnish person: a bit shy and quiet, but easygoing and very social nevertheless :) When you get to know me you find me a considerate and a trustworthy person with a dry and witty sense of humour.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing way back, but never had the courage to start travelling alone. I've been living small flats and never had the space to accommodate other surfers :/

Just finished my thesis and really feel like changing the scene for a while. Remembered couchsurfing and thought it would be great way to engage for something new and exciting. Looking forward to meet new people :) Hopefully in future I have bigger flat for accommodating other surfers.

Interests

I like wondering in cities, towns, nature and observing other cultures. I am a human geographer by heart and find always interest in people's ways of thinking. I like the small things in life, poor jokes and nice laid-back company.

Other interests: Playing guitar/bass and making and enjoying arts in general, political satire, homebrewing, football, jogging, film photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is big part of my life. I play guitar and bass, and been just starting to learn sampling. I usually get inspiration from unconventional and experimental stuff, but there is a time and place for socially acceptable music too.
