A 20 year old backpacker from Stockholm, Sweden who has been working in Australia for a while and is now looking to travel through the country.

I'm a happy and outgoing guy with fairly diverse interests - music, literature, politics (don't worry, i'm not political in the annoying kind of way!), hiking, beer, eating good food, amongst others.

I find that spending all my time in hostels has limited the type of persons I can meet during my travels, which is why Couchsurfing sounds intriguing. I'm looking to meet some people of different ages and nationalities that I otherwise wouldn't have met - to perhaps exchange some life stories, perspectives and ideas (regular small talk works for me as well if that's what you prefer!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To travel Australia in a cheaper and more exciting fashion, and meet strangers I otherwise wouldn't have met!

Interests

Music is a big one - i'm a drummer and have played in a jazz band as well as a pop trio. I mostly play jazz but enjoy switching it up from time to time!

Hiking - seeing amazing scenery and really experiencing what nature has to offer is so much fun and so relaxing! I'm currently planning to hike through New Zealand for a month on my own after i'm finished with Australia!

Cooking - a relatively new interest which has grown during the last year. Still not very good at it, but i'm getting there!

Movies - I love movies. That's all.
